Role Description:

We are seeking an organized professional to coordinate ecosystem operations for current projects at ID8 Innovation, a corporate innovation consultancy. In this role you will be responsible for managing and documenting research, updating key documents, and keeping everyone up to speed during incubation sprints and other strategic initiatives with our clients, which are typically corporate innovation teams and venture studios that pursue new revenue opportunities and new markets.


  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the client team and our internal team to ensure that all parties are aligned and working towards the same goals.
  • Document research findings and insights, and update key documents such as business plans, pitch decks, and market analysis reports.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the client team and our internal team, and flag any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize project efficiency and quality.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client organization, and act as a trusted advisor to guide them through the incubation process.
  • Reach out to, schedule, and interview customers for customer discovery efforts. 


  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, innovation, entrepreneurship, but could include other areas of study if the candidate has relevant work experience).
  • 2+ years of work experience in project management, product development, or entrepreneurship.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello) and productivity and collaboration software (e.g. Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Miro, Mural).
  • Knack for creating good-looking client deliverables
  • Experience as a systems administrator a plus
  • Experience creating and managing new processes a plus
