Tom’s career highlights include a managing director role at Symphony Alpha Ventures where he sourced, closed, and actively managed several successful investments. Before joining ID8 he co-founded Encube.ai, a workforce intelligence startup, which merged with Hitch Works before being acquired by ServiceNow. By applying his contagious entrepreneurial mindset and diverse experiences to the corporate innovation world, Tom has been instrumental in driving value across several ID8 clients. His experience, passion, and demonstrated success in early-stage entrepreneurship aligns perfectly with ID8’s brand of hands-on venture building. Tom holds an MBA with a specialization in entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin.
