Project Coordinator

Location: Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; remote OK

Job Type: Contract Position, Part-Time

Duration: Approximately 10 Weeks, Immediate Start

Compensation: Project Fee Commensurate With Experience

Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and organized Project Coordinator to support a 2-3 month ideation and incubation sprint. This is a coordination and support role where you will be pivotal in facilitating the workflow and ensuring efficient progress from the generation of ideas to the development of a final pitch deck. Your role is to keep the project moving efficiently, coordinating inputs from various team members, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

– Act as a central point for coordination, ensuring that all activities are progressing smoothly.

– Assist in the selection of an important problem space by coordinating discussions and inputs from relevant team members.

– Facilitate the discovery and validation processes by organizing meetings, compiling feedback, and ensuring timely contributions from the team where needed.

– Support the development of the pitch deck by coordinating the collection of necessary information and inputs, and formatting slides as needed.

– Monitor the project timeline closely, ensuring that all tasks are on track and deadlines are met.

– Energize the team, helping to maintain a high level of motivation and a positive working environment.

– Utilize strong organizational skills and time management to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications:

– Experience in a coordination or support role within project management, preferably in entrepreneurship or innovation projects.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Ability to work full-time for the entire duration of the sprint.

– A proactive and energetic approach, capable of motivating others.

– Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

– Proficiency in Miro required, proficiency in Airtable a plus.

– Experience prompt engineering a plus.
